Compass Payments

Compass services will renew annually ($95 per year) until cancelled by the client, or the client begins receiving investment management services through Aesop Navigator. If a Compass client becomes a Navigator client, any fees paid for the prorated remainder of their 12-month Compass service cycle will be transferred towards any Navigator fees. Fees for the first year of Compass services are considered earned upon delivery of the written financial plan.

Clients will enter payment information through AdvicePay. AdvicePay is a payment solution designed for financial service providers and the unique regulatory issues within the finance industry.

AdvicePay processes payments through the following:
Debit Card
Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover)

Within Advice Pay's system, clients approve charges and receive payment confirmation after each transaction. Clients can log in to their AdvicePay Client Portal to view payment history or update credit card or bank account information. Aesop Advisor cannot view any client bank account or credit card information in AdvicePay or withdraw client funds without client approval.
